Is your soap shipped gift ready?
Yes, all soap is shipped gift ready in an organza bag.
Do you have any specials?
Yes, we do. Our special is buy four bars of soap and get one free.
What is the size of each bar of soap?
Every bar of soap is measured out to 5-6 ounces of soap. The soaps are usually closer to 5.5 ounces though.
Will I be charged sales tax & shipping?
Yes. All items will be charged 7% for Indiana Sales tax. This, along with the shipping & handling cost of $7.95, will be displayed during the checkout process. (No tax is charged on shipping.)
How long till I receive my order?
All orders shipped in the USA should arrive up to 7 days from the date of order. We try our best to have order shipped within 48 hours of receiving them. Due to show schedules, occasionally shipping may take a little longer. We ship with the USPS with tracking, so please contact us if you do not receive your order.
Do you ship internationally?
No we do not.
Is our credit card information safe when using your site?
Absolutely, we use Paypal and Square to make sure all information is safely secure and we do not put our customers at risk for any type of fraud.
Did my order go through?
We will always send you an e-mail in the first 24 hours. If you do not hear from us, it could mean something went wrong when your order was placed and we never received it. Call us at any time to check on an order.
Is your goat milk natural?
Yes, we use 100% farm fresh goat milk from local farms. We do not use any products like goat milk powder or canned goat milk.
How to take care of your bar of soap?
Use a soap dish that drains, your soap should be able to dry or air out after use; this will make your soap last a long time! We also sell pouches where you can easily place your bar of soap in and leave it in your shower to hang. Check out our Accessories page for more options.
Can I use this on my baby?
Yes, but we would recommend that you use the unscented product. I do have customers that use the fragranced one on their baby and they have done fine. Please keep in mind that my soap is not tear free so keep away from eyes.
Do you do custom soap orders?
Yes, we would love to do custom orders for you, but please keep in mind they could cost more than the average price. Call or email us for more details.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns; however, if your items are damaged in transit please let us know and we will get back with you as soon as possible. I check my emails daily.
